    Marvin Steele is the President and CEO of the Heartland St. Louis Black Chamber of Commerce. He has a commitment to the betterment of Black Owned Businesses in and around the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area.

    Marvin is the Founder and Manager of Urban Testing Labs, a clinical diagnostic laboratory. His corporate experience began in the early 1970s working with Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA). He began as sales engineer and quickly progressed to managing accounts totaling over $40 million in sales.

    Hasan serves as Creative Strategist for the Heartland Chamber of Commerce, bridging the gap between vision and execution across technology, media, and marketing. From concept to campaign, he shapes how the Chamber shows up in the world and how the world shows up at the Chamber.

    He also leads the Chamber's space booking operations, ensuring businesses and organizations have a premier venue to gather, collaborate, and grow. Additionally providing graphic design and marketing support directly to Chamber member businesses, helping them build their brand presence from the inside out.

    His cross-disciplinary expertise in tech integration, media strategy, and creative execution positions the Heartland Chamber as a modern hub for innovation, connection, and growth.
